3. If tortillas are stiff, wrap in damp paper towels and microwave for 45 seconds to make them pliable.

4. In a mixing bowl, stir together shredded chicken, green onions, cream cheese, green chiles, 1 cup refried beans, and seasonings: cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly combined.
Roll the Taquitos (10 minutes)
5. Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of filling down the center of each tortilla.
6. Roll tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
7. Lightly brush tops with olive oil for a golden finish.
Bake & Finish (20–25 minutes)
8. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until crispy and golden.
9. Meanwhile, gently heat the remaining refried beans in a small pot with a splash of water or broth.
10. Make a quick yogurt lime dipping sauce by whisking together:
