2 scallions, thinly sliced
1 avocado, sliced
1½ cups shredded red cabbage
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

6 grain-free or organic corn tortillas

1 ¾ cups beef or chicken bone broth
Juice and zest of 1/2 lime
½ cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped

1 cup jasmine or basmati rice, rinsed well
½ teaspoon sea salt

1. In a small saucepan, combine rinsed rice, broth, salt, and butter.
2. Bring to a boil, reduce to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and let sit covered for 5 minutes.
4. Fluff rice with a fork, stir in lime juice, zest, and cilantro. Adjust salt or lime to taste.
Prep the Shrimp & Hot Honey Butter (20–25 minutes total):
5. Pat shrimp dry and toss with sea salt.
6. Preheat broiler on high and line a baking sheet with unbleached parchment paper.
Make Hot Honey Butter (5 minutes):
7. Melt butter and honey together in a small bowl (microwave 30–60 seconds).
8. Stir in chili powder and cayenne, let cools lightly.
Broil the Shrimp (5 minutes):
9. Toss shrimp with cooled hot honey butter until evenly coated.
10. Spread shrimp on the lined baking sheet in a single layer.
11. Broil for 4–5 minutes until opaque, pink, and lightly charred.
Make the Bang Bang Sauce (5 minutes):
12. Whisk together grated garlic, mayo, ketchup, rice vinegar, coconut aminos, hot sauce, and salt until smooth.
13. Adjust heat and sweetness to taste. Thin with a splash of water if needed.
Assemble the Tacos (5 minutes):
14. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or oven until pliable if desired.
15. Fill tortillas with red cabbage, hot honey shrimp, avocado, scallions, and cilantro.
